ONOKİM (www.onokim.com) attaches great importance to the security of your personal data and to the processing and protection of all personal data, including those of individuals benefiting from our services, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”). As the Data Controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Anka Spor will process, record, store, disclose to third parties to the extent permitted by law, transfer, and process your personal information as described below.

Information regarding how your Personal Data is processed by ONOKİM is provided below.

a) About the Data Controller

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), your personal data may be processed by ONOKİM. Under the Law, ONOKİM is considered the data controller.

b) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions for processing personal data listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

The purposes of processing your personal data include, but are not limited to: ensuring the legal and commercial security of ONOKİM or its business partners, performing services provided through ONOKİM’s website, planning, statistics, and managing customer satisfaction studies. Your personal data may be collected by automated or non-automated means in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Necessary measures are taken to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data and unlawful access to your data, and to ensure that your personal data is stored securely.

c) Sharing Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with ONOKİM and its business partners, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, ONOKİM’s external service providers, in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

The purposes of sharing your personal data are, without limitation: ensuring the legal and commercial security of ONOKİM and its business partners, continuing the commercial activities of Anka Spor, and managing ONOKİM’s human resources processes and employment policies.

d) Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically for the purposes stated above, to enable us to provide our services and commercial activities within the defined legal framework, and to fulfill our contractual and legal responsibilities completely and accurately. Your personal data collected for this legal reason may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, as well as for the purposes specified in Articles (2) and (3) of this text.

e) Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data Under the Law

Under the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To learn whether personal data is being processed,

To request information about the processing of personal data,

To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether it is being used for its intended purpose,

To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred within or outside the country,

To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,

To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law,

To request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be notified of the actions taken in accordance with Articles 5 and 6,

To object to the analysis of the processed data exclusively by means of automated systems resulting in a result against the person himself/herself,

Requesting compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data. To exercise your rights as described above, you may submit a written request to ONOKİM and send the request to the address provided in the application form below. Should the Personal Data Protection Board determine new application methods, these methods will be announced by Anka Spor.

Requests made within this scope will be processed within the shortest possible time frame and within a maximum of 30 days.

To exercise your stated rights, you may send the Application Form, which includes your required identification information, the right you wish to exercise, and a detailed explanation of your request, to the address specified on this Application Form by registered mail with return receipt requested.
