Manufacturers, importers, or other downstream users must comply with the obligations under the KKDIK Regulation and are responsible for doing so.
However, these entities appoint/authorize a legal entity established in Turkey as a Third Party Representative to communicate with other manufacturers, importers, and downstream users, share data and costs during the registration phase, and fulfill other relevant provisions of the regulation.
In such cases, the identity of the manufacturer, importer, or downstream user who has appointed a third-party representative is not disclosed by the Ministry to other manufacturers, importers, and downstream users.
For organizations that wish to keep their names confidential during the fulfillment of their obligations under the KKDIK Regulation for commercial or any other reason, on behalf of the persons or organizations acting as Third Party Representatives;
