New Era for Safety Data Sheets!!!
Safety Data Sheets could be prepared according to the Regulation on Safety Data Sheets of Hazardous Substances and Mixtures until 31/12/2023. However, as of 01.01.2024, they can only be prepared by the Chemical Assessment Specialist who is entitled to receive a certificate according to KKDIK Annex 18 and in accordance with the information requirements of KKDIK Regulation Annex 2.
For a substance, Safety Data Sheets should only be prepared according to KKDIK Regulation Annex 2 when new information on the hazard class is obtained, authorisation to the substance / rejection or restriction of the substance, etc. needs to be revised.
