PFHxA, a subgroup of PFAS, can be found in products such as clothing, home textiles, food packaging, cosmetics, cleaning products, and firefighting foams.
As PFHxA, its salts, and PFHxA-related substances will be restricted under Annex 17 of the EU REACH Regulation starting April 2026, exporting companies operating in these sectors must take the current conditions into account.
