EU – CLP Updated – ATP 23 Published.
Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP), ATP23 amendments published in the Official Journal of the European Union Regulation (EU) 2025/1222. Accordingly, 30 substances have been added to Annex 6, the entry number of one substance has been revised, and one substance has had an ATE (Acute Toxicity Estimate) added.
The new classifications will be implemented as of February 1, 2027.
