New Period for Safety Data Sheets!!!

Safety Data Sheets could be prepared in accordance with the Regulation on Safety Data Sheets for Hazardous Substances and Mixtures until December 31, 2023, However, as of January 1, 2024, they can only be prepared by a Chemical Assessment Specialist who is eligible to receive documentation in accordance with KKDIK Annex 18 and in accordance with the information requirements of KKDIK Regulation Annex 2.

For a substance, when new information regarding its hazard class is obtained, when permission for its use is granted/denied, or when restrictions are imposed, etc., and revisions are required, Safety Data Sheets must be prepared only in accordance with KKDIK Annex 2.
